This wooden house, built in the 60s, once served as the owners' main residence. With its warm, authentic style, it offers 120 m² over two floors.
**On the first floor:** a corridor with closet leads to a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with air-conditioning and a double bedroom with air-conditioning. A vast covered terrace, fitted out as a dining room and relaxation area with sofas, invites you to relax and take a siesta out of sight.
**Upstairs:** an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and a mezzanine equipped with a fan and three single beds.
**Two private bathrooms, installed in a small adjoining “fare”, are accessed via a covered passageway connecting to the villa's main entrance.
